I did end up finding what I was looking for, but the menus on mobile had me kind of confused for a bit. It’s not a bad website or anything, just feels a little clunky and could definitely be smoother to use

It fits fine when I first put it on, but after a few hours it starts to get uncomfortable. Has anyone else had the same issue?

I ordered from ThruDark and the checkout itself was straightforward. I liked that there were flexible payment options, especially being able to split the cost since the gear is definitely not cheap. That part made the purchase easier to manage. I was a bit disappointed though that the payment details weren’t shown more clearly on the product page before getting to checkout. It would’ve saved some second-guessing. Overall it worked fine, but that could be improved

It’s not the cheapest option around, but the quality feels worth it. I’m happy with it overall and would say it’s a solid buy if you care about getting something that feels well made.

Had a little sizing issue and reached out to support. They got back to me quickly and took care of it without making it a whole thing, which I definitely appreciated.

The payment page took forever to load, and when something went wrong, there wasn’t even a clear error message, so I was just guessing. I ended up giving up after about 20 minutes. I also tried reaching out, but it kind of felt like nobody actually read what I wrote. For what they charge, the checkout really should be smoother than this

The return process was simple enough, but the exchange took a few days longer than I expected. Not a huge deal, but it felt like an avoidable delay.

Overall, I like the jacket. My first impression was basically, “feels tough, probably reliable,” which is the shortcut I tend to use with outdoor gear. The vents are genuinely handy, and the waterproofing has been fine so far. That said, some of the pockets end up in awkward spots when I’m wearing a backpack, which gets annoying. For the price, I also expected the tech features to feel a bit more seamless. Good kit, just not quite as polished as I hoped.

The tracking was, you know, clear enough for me to see roughly where my parcel was along the way. I didn’t have to chase anything up or wonder too much about it. It just kind of moved through the updates and showed up around when I expected. Smooth overall.

I’m kind of tired of products that claim they can handle bad weather and then don’t. I wore this out in the rain and got soaked way faster than I expected. It was frustrating, especially when I was just trying to get through the day without dealing with another gear fail

I like what the brand is going for, and I wanted to find something that worked for me, but the selection felt limited once I actually started browsing.
A bunch of the items I clicked on were either out of my size or basically the same colors and styles repeated. I was hoping for more everyday outdoor gear, not just a bunch of similar jackets. having to keep filtering and clicking around like I was fighting some automated system just made it more annoying.

The site itself was easy enough to use, but I still ended up leaving without buying anything. It might be fine if your size is available right away, but for casual browsing, it didn’t really give me much to choose from

I bought this from thrudark.com and overall the jacket feels really well made. The material has a sturdy feel to it, the zips run smoothly, and little things like the stitching around the cuffs seem nicely finished.

The only thing I’m not totally sold on is the pocket layout. A few of them are handy, but when I’m wearing a backpack, a couple sit right where the straps or waist belt get in the way, which makes them a bit awkward to use.

I also would’ve liked a little more inside storage for the usual small bits like my phone, keys, or earbuds. It’s definitely not a bad jacket, I just think the storage setup could be more practical for everyday use

I picked this up mostly for hiking, the weight is just right. It barely takes up any space in my pack, so it’s easy to toss in and forget about until I actually need it. For how light and compact it is, I’d say it’s a really solid buy. I’m definitely happy with it

I was disappointed when this arrived because it just didn’t look the way it did in the pictures. I know product photos can sometimes be a little nicer because of lighting, angles, editing, and all that, but this felt like more than just a small difference. I ordered it expecting something close to what was shown, and when I opened the package, it looked different enough that I wasn’t happy with it

I’ve ordered from ThruDark a couple of times now, and the quality has been really solid each time. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because stock can be kinda hit and miss, especially with certain sizes or colours selling out quickly.

The site is easy enough to keep an eye on, and restocks do come through, so it’s not a huge deal if you’re willing to be a bit patient. I’d definitely buy again, I just kinda wish more items stayed available for longer.

I ordered this thinking it would arrive quickly, but the delivery ended up taking a lot longer than expected. The tracking wasn’t very helpful either since it barely updated, so I was kind of left wondering what was going on. The product itself seems fine now that it’s here, but the long wait was frustrating enough that it took away from the overall experience.

The box looked nice and everything was packed neatly, like it felt solid enough. There was maybe a little too much cardboard or packaging stuff, but overall it was good...

I get the whole rugged outdoor Vibe they’re going for, but for me it just feels a bit much. There are a lot of dark colors, big graphics, and the site overall feels kinda Heavy. Some of the jackets do look nice, not gonna lie, but the whole thing isn’t very clean or easy on the eyes. Just Not really my style
